Nature and Scope
1. Reports to Coordinator National HR Services.
2. Subordinates to this position are:
HR Hotline Administrator
Organization Management Administrator
Compensation and Benefits Administration
All activities performed by this position will be utilizing HR technology solutions, so GISAP HR and technology skills are required for this position.
Principal Accountability
Ensure the implementation and execution of activities in National HR Services to attain goals and focus areas are in compliance with Government regulation, COP and COPI policies and practices as well as provide a customer service excellence and high quality results to HR customers
Analyze and provide inputs related to HR technology application and system within internal HR and COP Indonesia employees
Qualifications
Requirements
Educational background: Minimum of bachelor degree in Accounting/Management/HR Related with minimum 5 years of work-experience.
Possess outstanding customer service skills to be able to deal with employees through HR Hotline
Must possess in-depth knowledge of HR Processes.
Must have HR system expertise in particularly on SAP HR.
Possess data analytical skills to slice and dice data to support overall HR program.
Must have an excellent understanding in internal process particularly in the areas of Finance, Controlling and Procurement.
Must have supervisory experience for the past few years with ability to act as a coach and mentor in providing feedback.
Must be able to stimulate others through ideas and knowledge.
Must be able to participate in a team environment and communicate effectively (verbally and written).
Possess the project management skills to execute continuous improvement projects.
Possess consulting skills to represent HR Indonesia in working with a company-wide program.
Builds strong network internal to COP locally and globally also with other peer companies in Indonesia.
Comprehensive understanding of integration between time-keeping, HR data, Payroll and Finance.
Skills in analyzing the technology data structure and the business data requirements as well as how it is applied.
Oversee technology project in HR to ensure alignment with local and global strategy.
