Main Requirements:
•Minimum graduate from High School, Vocational Institution (SMA / SMK).
•Minimum 5 years of Supervisory experience in Production Sewing Line
•Must have experience in Garment Manufacturing Industry
•Preferably have knowledge of Industrial Engineering (IE) methods
•Able to supervise 100 – 150 sewing operators
•Must have high integrity and high sense of responsibility
•Must have good leadership and be able to motivate a team
•Must be results-oriented, hardworking, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
